We know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use the correct and most fine of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

COVID-19

These are tough times and we want to ensure that strict social distancing and sanitisation protocols be maintained at our unit. We are working tirelessly to secure approvals from relevant authorities to resume operations and dispatch your order as soon as possible.

All the deliveries will take longer than usual. The procesing time for standard orders will be 3-5 working days after the lockdown opens.

However the processing time for custom orders will be 6-8 working days.

SHIPPING after the Lockdown

After you place an order, we may need about 2-3 working days to process the items.

  • Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 2-4 business days by express shipping (subject to availibility).
  • 5-7 business days for standard shipping.

The delivery days = processing days + shipping days. 

However, if you need your order urgently, please inform our team timely with an accurate delivery date. We will try and dispatch the products on priority.

Verification and Shipping

  • When placing your order, please note that Rapra The Label may require further verification of your order to ensure that orders are authorized by the cardholder.
  • All COD orders shall be confirmed to verify the contact no .
  • Verification will be completed via the email/phone no. from which the order was placed. If a response is not given to our inquiries the order will be cancelled within a 48 hour period of first contact. Verification may be required for a multitude of reasons and at the discretion of Rapra the Label. This verification may delay the shipment of your order if a timely response is not given.
  • Sometimes delivery may take longer due to inter alia: 
  1. Bad weather
  2. Flight delays
  3. Political disruptions
  4. COVID-19
  5. Other unforseen circumstances. 

International Shipping:

Prices do not include any Taxes/Duties or any other charges levied by Government for import or export of the goods. All these charges are to be settled by the customer. Any disputes arrising from unpaid duties, taxes, etc are to be settled the the customer.
