Exchanges may take up to 5-6 working days.
Note: Customised order will not be exchanged under any circumstances.
Any order can be cancelled only before shipment is initiated. Once the shipment is initiated order cancellation is not allowed for Prepaid or COD orders.
Customised orders can not be cancelled.
- We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: we accept exchanges/returns* within five (5) days of delivery (AKA the date the product is received by you) .
- Here's the fine print. You just can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. Also, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Returns applicable only when the product received is damaged, defective, or the wrong items (s) is/are delivered.
- Customised orders will not be accepted as returns.
- We will arrange a reverse pickup once for an exchange for an order, depending upon the availability in your location. So it is suggested to get the package ready once the pickup is scheduled. Any reverse shipment charges other than the one time will be borne by the customer.
- In case no reverse pick-up facility is available in your area, we would request you to return the package yourself on the address mentioned below.

- Once your return is accepted you receive store credits in exchange.
- Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.raprathelabel.com.
- Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Please treat Store Credit like cash.
- Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned/exchange and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Store credit never expires.
- Store credit is provided in indian Rupee.
- To redeem your store credits, login with your account and select the product and checkout as a normal purchase. You will be promted to use your store credits in final payment step and you can opt for that.
