Tracking Your Order
If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at anytime, by simply logging into your account and clicking “View Order Status”. If your order states “Awaiting Shipment”, your order has been received and is being processed by our warehouse.
After we ship the package to you, the status is changed to "Partially Shipped" and takes upto 24-48 hours to update the tracking information. If your order status is “Shipped”, you will see a delivery tracking number.
Change or Cancel Your Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
